- Put salt, egg, soya sauce, white pepper & cornflour into the chicken..
- Merinate the chicken for 10-15 minutes..
- Heat oil & deep fry the marinated chicken until light golden brown on medium flame..
- Then set a side..
- Now place all the ingredients for sauce at one place.
- Heat up oil, add chopped garlic & fry until light golden brown..
- Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce & oyster sauce. Mix it.
- Now add lemon juice, salt, sugar & mix well..
- Now add chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper & mix it..
- Cook for 10 seconds. Then add 1,1/2 cup of water..
- Mis 1 tsp cornflour in 1 tbsp water & mix..
- When it comes out in boiling stage. Then add cornflour to thick the sauce..
- Now add fried chicken & spring onion in the sauce & mix well..
- Take out in a dish & serve with any kind of fried rice. But it good combination is with garlic fried rice..
