  7. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce & oyster sauce. Mix it.
  8. Now add lemon juice, salt, sugar & mix well..
  9. Now add chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper & mix it..
  10. Cook for 10 seconds. Then add 1,1/2 cup of water..
  11. Mis 1 tsp cornflour in 1 tbsp water & mix..
  12. When it comes out in boiling stage. Then add cornflour to thick the sauce..
  13. Now add fried chicken & spring onion in the sauce & mix well..
  14. Take out in a dish & serve with any kind of fried rice. But it good combination is with garlic fried rice..
